The guys that came out from Evolve to perform my duct cleaning were extremely professional and thorough. Anthony was very respectful of my home and took care to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They used plastic to cover all of my surfaces in my kitchen as well as my furniture while they were performing the duct cleaning. The results are outstanding! We bought our home 3 years ago and have never had the ducts cleaned. Goodness knows when they were cleaned before that, or if they were clean before that. I’m not sure what the problem was exactly so I can’t give detail on what he did but I was thoroughly happy with the job he did. Mark at Evolve Services came to our rescue this evening!!

We had our 4-year-old unit just stopped blowing cold air and our home started to heat up from our normal 74 degrees around 8:00 AM up to 86 degrees around 12:00 noon. We called Padilla Air Condition who just serviced my unit less than 2 months ago and told me I may need a new "condenser " because my current one was borderline and I should replace it in order to get through the hot summer months!! ($150) paid in good faith. When my unit went down, Padilla arrived and checked out my unit and said the "compressor " was bad and he would not be able to fix it today and that I should call Yes Air Conditioning, who I bought the unit from 4 years ago telling me the soonest they could come out was noon the following day which would leave us with no air for 24 hours!!

I called Mark at Evolve Services and explained my dilemma and he came right over and ran his test and said I didn't need a new compressor, but that the wiring harness had a short in it and therefore the compressor was not kicking on!!!!! He installed a new harness and bingo!!! The air conditioner was working great!! I will now use Mark for all my air conditioning services going forward and highly recommend him to everyone!!!
